All seemed normal

I eased myself up
And swung my feet
Over the side of my bed

As I sat on it's edge
I looked down at the floor

Only bare wood stared back at me


But, I know
That somewhere
Deep down
They are still there
Waiting...

To see what I do

To see what we do!

While they lie there...

Under the floorboards
Just beneath our feet
