Obama's Dilemma: Prison Corruption a Symptom of How Sick We Are in Afghanistan

How prisoners are treated is, of course, but a small part of the Afghan mosaic Obama and his team are grappling with. But a more just, more professional, more transparent, more accountable detention system could send an important signal to those Afghans whose help we are going to need if we remain there.
