These are Nazis, pure and simple.  They are at Fascism... and are steadily creeping right... heading for that unspeakable realm of intolerance and worse.

"Civil Sidewalks," in deed.

To date there is no "hate-crime legislation" covering Homeless American Citizens.  Sure, we fall under the auspices the human rights flag, sure... but it seems not many are minding the store on that one, lately.  Why is there no hate-crime legislation covering the weakest in our society?  I believe the reason is as simple as seeing our government turn fascist right before our very eyes (even though it's been thirty years [at least] in coming): Liability.  If the government (now being run by big business) were to cover Homeless American Citizens under that umbrella, they would would then be held liable for any damages they caused to homeless people.  This means the businesses could not harass homeless people, like they are trying to do now.  There is no other logical reason for Homeless American Citizens to be covered under this status, other than what I have proposed.

Vote HELL NO! on measure S on November 6th (their website says 'November 6th,' which is strange, considering the elections, I thought, were on November 2nd...?), everyone... and remember: never let the facts get in the way of a good lie.

I'm a homeless student, writer, and activist... currently panhandling my way through school (and life.).
