There's nothing like weekly unemployment checks in the pockets of the unemployed -- especially those in mortgage business who won't have found jobs by the time the IRS sends out the "rebate" checks. One last thing to quicken our passions, although I'm sure there are more, step on blood-sucking, economy-killing outfits like WalMart. WalMart is now the largest employer in the country where General Motors used to be. WalMart manufactures nothing. Won't allow its employee to unionize. Demands! that the companies they buy from...like Mattel...produce their goods in foreign countries. Congress must include these things in a stimulus package and send it back every time Bush vetoes it, and blame him for its failure to pass just as they should do with everything else he wants passed that is bad for the country. Without these things, this economic package is about as titillating, attractive and stimulating as a 79-year-old, $2 hooker who still trying to drum up business. Make that a $3 working girl...inflation!
