The Problem With Obama's Position On Education

Obama has the same problem with education as Hillary, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, George H.W. Bush and an entire bi-partisan list of Democrats and Republicans: They all want to shortchange high school students, their parents and America by refusing to support no-nonsense, no strings attached, single-payer, college tuition for all high school graduates.  Instead, this bi-partisan gang is trying to con the youth of America to "give one year of their life for public service" in exchange for PARTIAL tuition credit on their college loans.  This bi-partisan shakedown gang represents the growing loan industry that profits billions and billons frontloading massive debt on the American family.

Here's what you need to recognize: While your kid is slaving off his or her debt to "The Man," millions of foreign students are actually attending college during that year, while your kid is working for "The Man."  India has more college graduates than America has citizens!  Every high school graduate in India gets a fully-paid college education - no strings/debt attached.  This puts foreigners far ahead of our kids.

Again, Obama and Hillary are looking out for the loan corporations instead of you and your kids' education.

On Balance

Too many Americans judge their choice for President the way they judge their choice for American Idol winner - very superficially on outward appearances.  Americans should be judging and evaluating U.S. Presidential candidates on their voting record; but when one judges Hillary and Obama on their voting records, one finds there isn't a dime's worth of difference between the both of them.

See how they voted virtually just alike in the U.S. Senate. Neither offer single-payer universal healthcare or college tuition; both promise to continue the unlawful, unconstitutional, unwise Bush Doctrine of pre-emptive strikes against al Qaeda or any other folks our government intel doesn't like. Both support raising taxes to subsidize corporate welfare in healthcare, defense and a variety of areas.  Neither promise (much less deliver) a shred of accountability from government officials or real transparency in government.

Future Alternatives

Please stop supporting the bi-partisan crime wave known as the Democratic and Republican parties.  Stop supporting parties and start supporting an agenda instead.  I call it, "The People's Platform" or "The Independent Voter Platform."  My point is, We The People need to come to a consensus on a specific platform and support partyless candidates who support that/our platform.  Our Founding Fathers warned us of "party ills." http://www.roncorvus.com/partyills.htm

Please take a look at the Independent Voter Platform: http://www.roncorvus.com/ivp.htm ron@roncorvus.com
