DON'T GET SAD: GET MAD!!! WE *DO* HAVE POWER!

People here on Opednews posted my idea of suing the government for undue emotional distress.

And that is just what I propose right here, right now.

SUE THE BASTARDS FOR UNDUE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS!!

SUE THEM FOR VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION!
WRITE LETTERS TO THE EDITOR EXPOSING THE REAL TRUTHS OF THE WAR *OF* TERROR!

EXPOSE THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS INDIVIDUALLY FOR THEIR CORRUPTION! EVEN IFYOU HAVE TO START WITH A LOCAL NEWSPAPER OR A COLLEGE NEWSLETTER, TRUST ME WORD WILL GET OUT: MY EXPERIENCE IS PROOF! AND GOD KNOWS HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE THE SAME AND MUCH BETTER/MORE EXPERIENCE THAN THAT!!

THERE’S HOPE AND WE *MUST* DO OUR PART.

NOTICE HOW MANY POLITICIANS ARE RESIGNING BASED ON SCANDAL? OBVIOUSLY OUR VOICE *DOES* COUNT AND OUR OPINIONS *DO* MATTER!

THE FACT THAT WE HAVE NO POWER IS PURE BALONEY!

THAT’S WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO THINK AND THAT’S WHY THEY TURN A DEAF EAR. THEY *WANT* TO DISCOURAGE US!

GUESS WHAT. WE KNOW BETTER THAN TO PLAY INTO THAT DISCOURAGEMENT GAME. WE SEE HOW MANY POLITICIANS ARE DROPPING OFF THE RADAR LIKE FLIES AS THE TRUTH COMES TO LIGHT. WE KNOW THE POWER OF THE PURSE WORKS WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS!

KEEP TALKING TRUTH TO POWER: IT WORKS!
USE THE POWER OF THE PURSE: SUE! BOYCOTT!

WWW.BUYBLUE.ORG use the power of the purse: Vote with your dollars

SIDESTEP THE WARRANTLESS WIRETAPPING: Get Credo or Qwest to cover your long distance and internet service for you: Both companies have pledged in writing not to wiretap without court warrant.

In summary, dictatorships abroad use the words “protections” and “good cause” which are the very things which end up clamping down on the people and their freedom. “Protection”  and “necessity” are nothing but hypes to underscore an agenda. And they work. People are easily brainwashed.

That’s why We the People are going to step forward with letters to the editor to un-wash the brainwash. Once We, the People see right through the acts, the government can snare us no more.

WORDS OF THE WISE: When writing a letter to the editor, I suggest using a pen name. It is to your professional protection not to be known for who you are, for the sake of your career. I have had people call me as a result of letters to the editor, mostly with good results and activist partnership as the offshoot, but some out of pure harassment. Protect yourself. Use a pen name, and tell your family members/roommates. If they get a call from the newspaper asking for verification that Rumpelstiltskin lives in your home and wrote the letter, tell them to “Just say YES”.

Thanks for what you do!

Hello friends I have decided to take a break from political writing for a while and have disconnected my email address correlated with Opednews. If any of you send me a message to my Opednews box and I do not respond, I am not ignoring you: The message simply is not getting through to me because of my disconnected email at home. Thank you and best wishes, Kathryn Smith This quote summarizes the nature of my concerns and the content of personal experiences which stir my activism: "Necessity is the plea for every infringement on human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves". --Paul Revere, House of Commons

I have achieved nothing of consequence apart from raising children in a way that they would excel where I failed. And they are on good tracks.

How Naive!

Want to be still more saddder and more madder? The point is that the thieves don't need a penny of you tax dollar. When they need money they just print it as much as they wish ad infinitum. The hell with your tax money. The system is much more corrupt than you can ever imagine. Good luck.

Get Mad

Get mad about the shredding of our Constitution and treaties which are the supreme law of the land. Get madder about the Federal Reserve Bank which is as much a part of our government as FedEx. How they got to print our money with no backing and take our gold and silver at the same time, I don't know, but I think it was a plain case of organized crime. Maybe if a feww of us file rico act charges against the politicians who are doing this and their supporters, we might accomplish something.
