Bottom line is that communities must prepare for an upswing in drug abuse, domestic and workplace violence and family crises. From the husband or wife who takes frustrations out on their families, to the angry employee who targets co-workers, or the utility customer who attacks a repairperson, it's coming. In fact, it's already here.
