Voluntary: 1 a: proceeding from one's own free choice or consent rather than as the result of duress, coercion, or deception b: not compelled by law: done as a matter of choice or agreement. Webster's Dictionary.

"Only the rare taxpayer would be likely to know that he could refuse to produce his records to IRS agents... Who would believe the ironic truth that the cooperative taxpayer fares much worse than the individual who relies upon his constitutional rights." Judge Cummings, U.S. Federal Judge, in US. v. Dickerson (7th Circuit 1969).

There are many hundreds of documents with testimony and case laws which address this issue. Ask your accountant or tax attorney, or any so-called "tax expert," where the law is stated that you, personally, are a "taxpayer" and where the law is that makes you personally "liable" for these taxes. Also ask them for the legal definition of "income"(*1), and where you can read that definition. They likely won't be able to give it to you. So, why are you still paying these unconstitutional taxes?

If you received a bill from the IRS demanding a $2000 tax on the alcohol or tobacco they are presuming you make or grow, would you simply give it to them even though you KNOW you don’t produce either? Would you assume that they must be right," or would you challenge their presumption?

JUST SAY NO to income taxes!

Here's what you need to do to take back your money and your power:

1. Get rid of the withholding of any taxes by your employer... it is voluntary, not required by law and your employer cannot force this. Just read the tax withholding laws, (http://law.justia.com/us/cfr/title26/26-15.0.1.1.1.5.15.64.html) and go to http://www.svpvril.com/pdffiles/Withholding_Taxes.pdf for more information. Google "stop withholding" for many sources for this information. It is legal as you will learn by the IRS' own code and laws. Notice in part...

26 C.F.R. 3402(p)-1(b) Voluntary withholding agreements

(b) ... an employee who desires to enter into an agreement under section 3402

(p) ... shall furnish his employer with Form W-4.

The furnishing of such Form W-4 shall constitute a request for withholding...

26 C.F.R. 31.3402(p)-1(b)(2):

"...An agreement under Section 3402(p) shall be effective for such period as the employer and the employee mutually agree upon. However, either the employer or the employee may TERMINATE the agreement prior to the end of such period by furnishing a signed written notice to the other...."
If it were a "law," why would the employer seek to terminate the agreement? Perhaps because they are sick and tired of being told they HAVE to be collection agents for the IRS for every employee, and having to pay someone to perform this unnecessary task??? If it were a "law," why does it say the employee can terminate this withholding at any time? The government simply makes interest on your money which you don't owe, some of which they later refund back to you when you file a "return." Neat scam isn't it?

(Keep in mind that if you plan to continue to "voluntarily" pay "income" taxes every year, and you self-assess yourself, you will have to come up with the tax which wasn't withheld but that you swear you owe if you don't have it withheld).

2. Send a letter to the IRS requesting specific tax information. (See example below). You have the right and DUTY to know the law, and to stand on it, and to require it from those who supposedly know the law...

"Persons dealing with the government are charged with knowing government statutes and regulations, and they assume the risk that government agents may exceed their authority and provide misinformation." Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Lavin v Marsh, 644 f.2D 1378, (1981).

"All persons in the United States are chargeable with knowledge of the Statutes at Large... It is well established that anyone who deals with the government assumes the risk that the agent acting in the government's behalf has exceeded the bounds of his authority." Bollow v. Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, 650 F.2d 1093, 9th Cir., (1981).
