Our ancestors thought we lived on a flat Earth! They thought the sun rotated around the Earth, etc.

Let's create new paradigms for the 21st century. Let's push for a "U.S. Stabilized Population Policy"; "U.S. Conservation Water Usage Policy" and "U.S. Energy Policy". Nationally, a "U.S. Sustainable Immigration Policy of 100,000 or less Annually."

No need to add 100 million to the USA! No benefit and only serious consequences will result. We need to shift paradigms toward a sustainable future. For an outstanding video of our "predicament', visit albartlett.org.

"The greatest shortcoming of the human race is our inability to understand the exponential function." Dr. Al Bartlett

Dr. Bartlett has given his celebrated lecture, "Arithmetic, Population and Energy" over 1,600 times. His collected writings have been published in the book, The Essential Exponential! For the Future of Our Planet.

"Can you think of any problem in any area of human endeavor on any scale, from microscopic to global, whose long-term solution is in any demonstrable way aided, assisted, or advanced by further increases in population, locally, nationally, or globally?" Dr. Albert Bartlett

The U.S. continues as the third largest population in the world with the third fastest growth rate behind China, India. What's the point? Therefore, the question: can we add another 100 million within 25 years and expect a positive outcome for our children?

Today, we evade, avoid and suppress any talk about energy conservation and overpopulation in America. As Paul Ehrlich said, "All causes are lost causes without limiting human population."

"Imagine a country which employs the principles of personal responsibility, freedom and accountability for future generations. Everything you do-counts! If you do nothing, that counts likewise. When you read sobering information, do you want to give up or fall apart? Or, do you want to engage like Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, George and Martha Washington, John and Abigail Adams, Lincoln, Susan B. Anthony, Dr. Martin Luther King, Oprah, Barbara Jordan, John Muir and other Americans. You represent the Jefferson's, Oprah's and Dr. King's of the 21st century. Consider it your honor and privilege to become a part of the solutions. Engage the present to change the future! Become an agent of the change you wish to see." FW
