This may give stock holders something to think about. It may be in their best interests to have psychologists or psychiatrists who know something about executives and organizations at their disposal to occasionally gauge the mental health of the executive constellation.

What's the solution? It is simple; it is apparent in all but a few cases that stockholders and boards of directors cannot allow their executives to become millionaires on the job. They can be paid a reasonable salary with no stocks (no insider information allowed) and if they do a good job after a few years they can get a "golden sendoff," then they can go off to Florida and manage their money.
