B. The Profiles

I am appointing myself as editor of a new series of articles that "tell all" about antiwar foundations and NGOs, at least thee more prominent ones. I don't have enough years left to research and write about all of them. I need volunteers to be lead authors.  A profile would need to include this kind of information about the organization:

>Its history

>Its mission and objectives.

>Its size (staff, budget).

>The source(s) of its funds.

>Significant members of boards of directors and staff and their corporate affiliations if any.

>Its accomplishments. What have been the most noteworthy ones. Where do the accomplishments fall on this scale? 1. Capacity building mostly (e.g., building a staff; educating and training people). 2. Small tactical initiatives and small wins (e.g., getting a lot of people to sign a petition). 3. Larger but still narrowly focused wins (e.g., litigating and winning a lawsuit against a corporation or the government). 4. More impact and if so what?

>Overall assessment (e.g., answers to poll questions 3 and 4)

C. Let me hear from you, please. E-mail me at Email address removed and/or through the comment section of OpEdNews.com.
