American dream is really a corrupt nightmare where whistle-blowers are persecuted without mercy

While held in detention in the U.S. I was kept in solitary confinement for 90 days (I have no history of violence or any other reason to justify solitary confinement).  When a CBS news investigator came to interview me (Ty West), he was denied access and I was put on a bus in the middle of the night and spent the next three months being bussed around the country from one prison to another to avoid an interview with Mr. West whose sworn affidavit was read by Judge Weinstein and Justice LeSage. In those same files are medical reports from dermatologist Walter Cohen who documented that I was burned with cigarettes on my arms while detained as part of a sleep deprivation regimen I was subjected to when a BOP Lt. Foster tried to get me to sign a false statement which I continuously refused to do.   Former RCMP Superintendent Ben Soave had his staff interview me about corruption matters and he admitted to my lawyer Marshal Drukarsh that I "had been very truthful but he could not help me because of the political baggage".  Drukarsh mentions this conversation in one of his two sworn statements.

While jailed in America, I met more than a dozen genuine political prisoners whose only crime was knowing too much about American government misdeeds. Those I met included George Morales and Gary Betzner (the smugglers used by the government to arm the Contras in the 1980s, and Jesus Garcia who supplied the machine gun that killed government informant Barry Seal in New Orleans). I even met a guy who partied with George W in Texas and only because he once bought cocaine for W, was he arrested and charged with a phony crime just a few months before Bush announced he was running for President. He too was on the magic bus with me after news people tried to interview him as well. All these people also received the same solitary confinement treatment as me until Congressional Investigator Ralph Maestri got involved.  See this links for some grizzly details of why people get locked up in America...

BTW... I forgot to mention that Nelson's smuggling partner, Steve Finta tried to have me killed in the parking lot of Fort Apache Marina in Miami where I was working at the time. The drive by shooters missed me by less than 6 inches. Google Steve Finta and you'll see he has some problems of his own. Or contact Erling Ingvaldsen via Rodney Stitch and he can verify how Finta boasted that I would soon be dead (11 years ago).  Here is Steve Finta in this link:

If I know then what I know today, I never would have hired my Canadian lawyer, Bill Gilmour -  a real piece of work. He once worked for the RCMP 20 years ago but was asked to resign after he shot an unarmed teen in the back. While drunk he once admitted to me that he had a torrid affair with his RCMP's colleagues wife (Jeanette Kelly) and boasted that he was the "last one to F_ _k her before she became a murder victim".  Her husband Patrick served 15 years in prison for a murder he did not commit. Gilmour was working undercover at the time on the RCMP narcotics unit.  Then in 2006 Bill Gilmour was arrested in Brampton, Ontario for assaulting his own son who was 9 or 10 years old at the time. Gilmour is a huge gorilla of a man standing about 6'3" and weighing about 290lbs. He originally started out doing a good job for me in the Canadian courts but someone got to him and he took two sudden trips to Panama (where Nelson and Finta do their banking) and to South Florida (where Nelson lives on Key Biscayne). After those trips, he conveniently "misplaced" evidence, forgot to call Ty West for his statement, and "forgot" to call me and 5 other witnesses to the stand at my extradition hearing. When I tried to protest to the Judge and ask her to stop the hearing so I could speak with Gilmour, she refused. I filed a 170 page complaint with the Law Society, but as you may or may not know, lawyers in Canada pay dues to the law society based on the number of lawyers in a firm. Since Gilmour came from a large firm of over a dozen lawyers, (over $100,000K of annual dues), the law society was very understanding and forgiving to Bill, despite 5 sworn statements of eye witnesses who prove him guilty of extortion and perjury. Then, knowing that I cannot go back to America, this character fabricates a huge legal bill and grabs my family home in Parma that was built by my parents when they married, knowing that he would win by default!  There is no justice in America unless you have big bucks (i.e. remember the O.J. case?)  Gilmour's own law firm Prouse Dash & Crouse asked him to leave after he caused the law firm to be audited by Revenue Canada for billing fraud and tax evasion.

Last but not least, my own mother was a victim of this corruption as well. She was hospitalized at Parma Community Hospital in Ohio for respiratory issues (a 20 year second hand smoke victim) and on the day she was to be released to come home, my neighbor Mike and I found her in a coma, and her oxygen hose disconnected from the hospital wall. "Rose" the woman sharing the room with my mother, said a nice doctor came into chat with my mom early in the morning. But the nursing staff on duty at the time said there was no such doctor on duty that morning.  My mother was also a witness to an FBI agent who came to threaten me through terrorizing her in 1999. I was once a proud American who once was even congratulated by President Clinton for my volunteer AIDS work (I was certified AIDS counselor in Miami). Now after Iraq, Guantanamo Bay, and I that I experienced, I am ashamed to admit I am an American. The corporate elite have stolen our country (and the media) from "We the people". In 2006 I filed a 200+ page human rights complaint with the UNHCR in Geneva with sworn statements from over a dozen witnesses and other evidence. They simply replied I must exhaust all my court remedies. Unfortunately I cannot go the Supreme Court without lawyers and lawyers require what I no longer have - $. Guess who pays 70% of the bills at the UNHCR?  The U.S. Government.

Do I miss America?  My family yes, my country no.  I feel totally betrayed and rue the day I ever enlisted with Uncle Sam - the most corrupt entity on the face of the Earth.  Yes, there is corruption in China too, but at least they admit it and try to eliminate it with executions and truly long prison sentences. One can walk down any street in Beijing at any hour day or night and you will not be mugged or raped. And you don't have to worry about drug dealers soliciting your kids on the way home from school either. Of course I want to reunite with my family back in Canada, but so long as Canada marches to the beat of U.S. drums, I don't see how that is possible. I am open for suggestions.  My last contact with the U.S. government was in 2009 when I came out of a McDonalds and felt a tap on my shoulder. When I turned around there was a white guy in a suit and short hair cut - who just grinned at me and said "Don't even think of going back home or you will die in a prison cell".  Later that year, I saw the same fellow at a Christmas Party sponsored by the U.S. embassy.  He just smiled and winked at me.
