This was the first year that Justanothercoverup received in excess of a million hits, and as of this post, the total number of “hits” are in excess of 1,419,890 for the year - and 841,900 of those were this month. Anyone who reads this commentary is aware I’m not a professional writer, and my style is to state the truth, back it up with facts and links to the source(s) upon which I base the story - and then let the reader decide if it’s truth and fact or poppycock, something that is the responsibility of the MSM, not a private citizen. I have no political affiliation and would support anyone that pledges to restore our system of checks and balances and respect our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Rule of Law. For an unknown such as I to receive that much traffic certainly isn’t based on my writing talent, but the issues that are presented, and honest commentary and news you won’t find on the MSM. As it pertains to S 1959 and the FEMA authorized concentration camps that have been built by KBR, Americans want answers, and if you Google S 1959 and some of these articles, you’ll find they are published throughout the liberal and progressive Blogosphere in numbers that are indicative of a nation that is waking-up and demand answers rather than spin and lies. There’s a new article on Op-Ed News by Kathyrn Smith that delves deeper into S 1959 and the implications of its passage, and for all of us its a good read and demonstrates the fight is far from over:

The Government as Judge, Juror and Prosecutor of Americans in Secret Courts? No thank you!

The situation in Pakistan was predictable even by a newbie to politics like me and was pointed out in these two stories, both of which fell on deaf ears in regard the government. The Bush administration is too caught-up in their own self righteousness and foolish bravado to look at the situation as a whole and tend to compartmentalize the various conflicts which are developing around the world, many of them caused by American foreign policy blunders; each situation is unique, and as it concerns Pakistan, the warning signs have been present and obvious - and surely present much more of a danger to American security than Iran will pose for years to come:

The Situation In Pakistan Is Grave - This Is Where The US Military Has An Obligation To Support Pakistan

Situation In Pakistan Is Much More Complicated Than The MSM Or Bush States

A news update just came in that US Troops are headed to Pakistan in January, again, too little too late, a hallmark of the Bush administration’s foreign policy blunders that continue to keep the Middle-East in a constant sate of upheaval:

News Update from Citizens for Legitimate Government

27 Dec 2007

http://www.legitgov.org/index.html#breaking_news

U.S. Troops to Head to Pakistan 26 Dec 2007 Beginning early next year, U.S. Special Forces are expected to vastly expand their presence in Pakistan, as part of an effort to train and support indigenous counter-insurgency forces and clandestine counterterrorism units, according to defense officials involved with the planning… Now, a new agreement, reported when it was still being negotiated last month, has been finalized. And the first U.S. personnel could be on the ground in Pakistan by early in the new year, according to Pentagon sources.

It actually gets worse, as this commentary from RAW Story vividly describes:

Opposition leader’s assassination ‘moves us closer’ to potential nuclear apocalypse, expert says

Predicts Pakistan will not dissolve, but US lacks options dealing with nuke-armed country

The death of Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto has left the US lacking in options for dealing with the tumultuous, nuclear-armed, militant-rich nation and has raised the possibility that the country’s weapons will fall into the wrong hands, leading to a possible apocalypse, a foreign policy expert tells RAW STORY.

“When people aren’t looking, you have a question of command and control of their nuclear warheads,” Steve Clemons, a senior fellow at The New America Foundation, said in an interview Thursday.

Clemons said Bhutto’s assassination could cause the “Doomsday Clock” to tick forward. The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists maintains the clock, which depicts how close the world is to midnight, representing a nuclear catastrophe. At the beginning of this year, the clock was set at 11:55 p.m. MUCH MORE

Most of all, the American public has been in desperate need of true Presidential leadership, and when we examine what Australians are being advised to do to insure their survival, or at least weather the storm better in the event of a pandemic breaking out, our own government has been derelict in their duties to inform the public of the extreme risk we face and as a country, we are ill prepared to meet any disastrous condition that could have been mitigated by a strong President - one that looks to our future beyond his endless wars and enriching those “good Republicans” who lack in experience yet are placed in positions of authority simply because of their donations and loyalty to the Bush concept of maximizing the rich and decimating the poor and middle-class of America. Even Hong Kong has advised it’s residents to prepare for disaster, but Americans are still lulled into complacency by a President that is more interested in urging Americans to buy more consumer goods to prop-up an economy that is rapidly showing signs of collapse on a scale that will make the Great Depression pale in comparison to what we may face as soon as early or mid 2008:

I am nothing more than a patriotic American that is doing whatever I can to further the cause of democracy, the rule of law, and am absolutely outraged on how the Bush administration is defying our Congress, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights! Footnote: I write in a style that I believe is appropriate in today's world where we can't trust the Mainstream News Media, and rather than concentrating on one article alone, which may or may not receive the exposure and emphasis it should, I prefer to meld several relevant stories together, that each taken alone may not expose the entire situation, but when taken-in as a whole, tend to give the reader a better understanding of the subject. One article or story alone does not represent the "Big Picture" - but when several are effectively tied-together it often reveals a trend or broader view of the subject matter that is important to completely understand any given situation. http://justanothercoverup.com/

Good Grief - What a Screw-up!

Thanks, appreciate the catch! Trying to keep up with everything and posting links while attempting to cope with Christmas has been challenging, as evidenced by such a royal misstatement of the facts - and I genuinely appreciate the heads-up, especially when Senator Dodd had the courage to challenge the Congress itself - giving us a respite until they come back into session.

It's not the first mistake I've made, nor will it be the last, but hopefully, nothing that is quite so blaring as this one was...

Excellent review except for the mistake about Sen Biden

As a resident of Delaware, when I first read that post praising Sen Biden for taking on telecom monopoly capitalists, I was shocked. I said to myself, "I gotta read that one right away!. How can that be?" By the time I got to the text one of the readers and the astute writer, William Cormier, had already corrected the report. It was Sen Dodd, yet that's a surprise too. The latest news about Biden came via a Prison Planet reporter questioning Biden on the campaign trail about meeting with the financier of the alleged hijakers. This is something that we'd all like to know more about! There's been no reaction in the MSM nor in Delaware journalistic circles. Perhaps some OpEd writers could let us know more.

Biden Admits Post-9/11 Meeting With Hijacker's Financier

Presidential candidate Senator Joe Biden admitted meeting with the chief financier of the 9/11 hijackers in the days after September 11 after being confronted by We Are Change founder Luke Rudkowski in the press room following Sunday's Democratic debate in New Hampshire.

According to the FBI and as confirmed by various news reports at the time, Pakistani ISI General Mahmoud Ahmad instructed Omar Saeed Sheikh, the alleged assassin of Daniel Pearl, to wire $100,000 to alleged lead hijacker Mohammed Atta in the summer of 2001.

Arriving exactly one week before 9/11, the general met with Pentagon, White House National Security Council and CIA officials, including George Tenet and Marc Grossman, then U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs. On the very morning of 9/11, Ahmad was at a breakfast meeting on Capitol Hill hosted by Senator Bob Graham and Rep. Porter Goss, the chairmen of the Senate and House Intelligence committees.

Two days after the attack on the twin towers and the Pentagon, on September 13th, Senator Joseph Biden, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, met with the ISI chief.

No adequate explanation has been forthcoming as to why top government and intelligence officials were meeting with the money man behind the alleged hijackers before and after 9/11.

Shortly after the Democratic debate had finished on Sunday, Prison Planet reporter Rudkowski was able to get access to the CNN spin room and confront presidential candidate Biden about his 9/11 meeting with the Pakistani General… read the full article here:

"Hi-Jackers"

You know it is entirely possible that there were no hijackers? At least 5 have been on TV, alive and well.

Of course, that would mean that you would have to know that the three buildings could not have fallen from the heat of kerosene fires, but instead would have to be demolished using thermate, some of which can clearly be seen burning before the buildings fell.

This also assumes you have seen the Magruder film of the Kennedy assassination, where it is clear to anyone who has seen a watermelon shot that Kennedy was first hit from in front of the car, and not from the Book Depository above and behind.

Preposterous? Until you see how much money has been made..

These commets deserve a response.

I have read almost everything that has ever been posted in regard 911. I'll admit that I'm not a full-fledged "911 Truther", however there are certain issues that I have concentrated on that I believe we need answers to, which are suspicious beyond comprehension, and I'd like to see a real investigation to address those issues:

1. Why have some of the actual videos that depicted the attack on the Pentagon remained "classified" and hidden from public purview?

2. Pilots with thousands of hours of flight experience, even in fighter jets have stated that even they couldn't have flown that flight pattern with such a large commercial jetliner - and that's more than suspicious.

3. In any crash, planes of that size don't disintegrate and leave no evidence of the impact of the wings; where did the tail section go and all of the other associated debris, and how did it punch a 60 ft hole straight through the pentagon? Sounds more like a cruise missile to me.

4. How and why did Building 7 collapse into its footprint without being hit? An explosion of diesel fuel in the basement would not have allowed the building to implode so perfectly that it fell into its own footprint.

5. Why were several federal officials warned not to fly that day, and especially the mayor of San Francisco on the advice of Condi rice?

6. There's no question we knew it was coming, and whether we were the actual perpetrators or merely allowed it to happen is up for debate, although admittedly, this is not my field of expertise.

I'm one that believes we need a "real" investigation into matters of that day, including an analysis of why we ignored warnings from Saudi Arabia. I view 911 as the greatest robbery in the world's history - and even today, no one knows where billions of dollars disappeared, and there hasn't been a real effort to find out where all of the money eventually went.
