I am a libertarian-minded person who wants to see our country return to a constitutional form of federal government. I think our elected leaders should be sanctioned for not respecting the supreme law of the land.

While we're at it...

...let's indict the members of Congress who voted for the USA PATRIOT Act and the Military Commisions Act, both of which invalidate most of the Bill of Rights.

Also, let's indict Congress for the Federal Reserve Act and every other bill that was passed which violates our Constitution. This is, afterall, supposed to be a republic which is supposed to be governed by the rule of law.
