A third piece of evidence relates to Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-OR). DeFazio is a member of the committee that oversees the Homeland Security Dept. Regardless of his position, the DHS and the White House refused him permission to review classified information in the Annexes to NSPD 51.
DeFazio stated that he was now aware why people believe in conspiracy theories. (7)
By the terms of a presidential order of May 2001, Vice President Cheney was given charge of the numerous air-force war games held before and during 9/11. These drills either coincided with and mimicked the attacks that many nations warned against or served to divert air defenses away from the alleged assault locations.
The Vice President will be in Portland for the October drills. OTA points out beforehand that Portland has had no known problem with Iranian terrorists.
Concerns are rising in Portland as the drills draw near.
If the false-flag pattern repeats, this group of citizens say they will not be taken in by the official story, but will demand serious, independent investigations.
A bomb explosion in Portland could lead to thousands of American deaths, the imposition of dictatorship in America, and the killing of millions of Iranians.
Ultimately such a war could usher in World War III -- the United States and its allies pitted against Russia, China, and their allies.
OTA’s work to expose the 9/11 and 7/7 drills and connect the dots with TopOff and Vigilant Shield is not just an effort to protect Portland. It is a fight to protect every American city and stop illegal and unjustifiable wars of aggression by the US.
If we all take steps to expose the lies behind the next false flag attack, we may be able to prevent an omnicidal war. (8)

Reply: VP's Presence in Portland
Archie, It's true the VP will be there. He will be in a position and has the authority to command. He undoubtedly will be kept out of harm's way. Moreover, he has designed everything that is going to happen that day so he knows what is in store for Portland. I do not want to give you the impression that I know what the scenario may be if the Portland drills "go live." I do not. It could be a small nuclear bomb. It could be a small non-nuclear incident that is misrepresented to the press, with further investigation denied for "national security" reasons. We are in the hands of people who have staged and misrepresented events on 9/11 that killed thousands of Americans and started wars that killed a million Afghanis and Iraqis. How can anyone know beforehand what they will do here? I cannot. So, yes, the VP will be in Portland. Here we go again
The National Guard was running computer simulations in Portland several weeks ago. These "journalists" were all running to Indymedia to predict some false flag operation. That went nowhere. then you are quite mistaken. Our effort focused on raising awareness about Noble Resolve and the connections between war games and drills becoming live events on 9/11 and 7/7/05 (among other examples of false flag attacks.) We also wrote to and called Rep. DeFazio on various efforts to raise the profile of his effort to see the COG plan documents (the White House is still stonewalling him, see video linked on front page of OTA). We made no specific predictions concerning Noble Resolve and we make none now concerning TOPOFF and Vigilant Shield. We are again raising awareness about these sorts of drills coinciding with live events in the past and alerting people to be vigilant, prepare, carry cameras, to demand oversight and to demand a real investigation and real accountability in the event of a terrorism event.
