You know how average Joe cares about International law. Another important issue we need to discuss four weeks before election is Article three of the Geneva Convention.
That law came out at the end of the Second World War but people were not smart enough to ask the tough questions, they did not know if it is vague or not and now is the time to know. We went through many wars after that and we were not confused, but now end of September on an election year we need to know the answer!
The unpatriotic supreme court of our country came up with this strange decision, we need to adhere to the international law. Are they crazy, International what?
Therefore, our president answer is to create new courts with no evidence required. What is unusual about that decision?
Our government knows best, these bad people have very important intelligence even after five years in our jails. It is a known fact that water boarding, hanging from ceilings, wiring genitals improves memory. Therefore, the intelligence they have after five years must be fresh and we need to take the president word for it.
In addition, our stupid enemy cannot adapt, so probably what they knew back then is still the plan!
You see, we better get busy and be afraid; the terror is REAL exactly like the wolf!
After all these examples, crying wolf in itself is not strategy, what will republicans gain through this crying?
True, the strategy is in the second part of the act, when we all believe that the wolf is out there then we know that only Republicans can fight the big bad wolf!
Can we buy the same old argument for the third time?
Did we learn back when we used to listen to bedtime stories while our parents are tucking us under the cover that strong depends on the results?
It is not muscle, but brains. If we learned any of that then let us look at the results.
The statistics tells us that month over month we are losing more of our solders, hundreds of Iraqis are killed on daily basis, sectarian violence reached a point of no return regardless if technically we can call it civil war or not.
We cannot leave Iraq at the current juncture, not because of the good of our heart, but because it will be another Afghanistan in the middle of the source of the world's energy.
We cannot stay either because every day we spend there we are creating more extremists that believe their only opportunity to fight America is in Iraq. We recruit our own killers every day of the week and then complain why our enemies in Syria and Iran cannot control their borders. Can we control ours?
According to many studies, Iran is the biggest winner so far in this war, whereby through Shiites majority they cultivated a strong control to the point that Iran probably is the single player holding all the cards in Iraq. This is the same Iran we consider major threat to our security, we the USA are the reason behind their newly found fortune!
Then you look around the jungle, I mean the world where the big bad wolf is hiding and you think of Afghanistan. In Afghanistan according to all sources including our own the Taliban is back, it does not take a genius to imagine that they are not back alone but with their backbone Al-Qaeda. They are not hiding anymore, actually, they are attacking the international force on regular basis to the point that the head of the NATO is begging for additional troops.
