Our now also complex country--multi-racial, multi-lingual, multi-ethnic, multi-religious-- could and probably should have more than either one or the other party. Maybe two parties is not enough to represent so many “demographics.”
But it is probably too much to hope for a major change to a system in knots that cannot be unraveled.
Too bad, we had a promising beginning.
