this section of the article was removed after I got a call from a special agent of the capitol police regarding the verbiage that had been here. Appearently the agent was contacted by Katherine Harris's office. I have written about this conversation at length, here. The short story is that the words I used have been pulled because I don't want to encourage anyone who is mentally unstable or stupid to actually act on my imaginary story. My goal was to vividly describe the idea. Apparently, my message reached congresswoman Harris's office.
....getting ready to rectify the injustice they perpetrated. I just want them to worry about it.
Of course, what I really do WANT, is to see a whole raft of democrats elected in November. I would like to see the congress be taken back by a Democratic majority, with some strong leaders who will find the spine and testicles to institute criminal hearings that eventually bring charges against Blackwell, Harris, Bush, Cheney and a whole lot of other criminals. I would like to see hearings that reach a level of evidence that justify Harris and Blackwell being incarcerated while they await trial. I'd like to see hearings that invalidate the appointments of the judges that were made by an illegally inaugurated President. I'd like to see the laws rolled back. Those last ideas are silly dreams, impossible fantasies. But, if we do prevent another Black November, and we do take back the house and senate, just how far can we go to reverse six years of presidential corruption, lies, regulation easing and elimination, appointments of judges, officials, administrators, diplomats...?
What will we do? But before we get to those questions, we have to make sure that there is no black November of stolen elections. In my county, two contemptible Republicans. Charles H. Martin and James F. Cawley, who wasn't even elected (I'm not sure whether they're corrupt, stupid or both) decided that they would take away our right to elections that had integrity-- elections that could be trusted, in which the vote could be voter verified and recountable. The one Democratic supervisor, Sandra Miller, wasn't much better. She didn't fight for vote technology with integrity. She often seemed more opposed to allowing voting integrity advocates present their case than the Republicans. But she saw the writing on the wall-- how determined the voters were, and changed her mind at the very last moment, surprised the two other supervisors. All three deserve to and WILL be voted out of office in the next election. In my county the majority of voters wanted paper ballots. These idiots failed to respect the interests of We the People. They'll get their due.
These low life bastards have their counterparts all across the country. As we see the failures of electronic voting technology across the country we still see these disgusting scum of the earth, like the Bucks County Commissioners mentioned, moving forward, using HAVA as an excuse to replace more trustworthy technologies with worthless, unreliable, easily hackable technology that does not enable honest recounts. The people who are making the decisions to purchase these machines are of the same ilk as Harris and Blackwell. They deserve to be booted out of office, not elevated to higher office.
I believe they are traitors to democracy. We must fight them now. We must use every legal strategy available to sue the, to enjoin them and, in some cases to prosecute and incarcerate them. We must investigate them to see if they have more money in the bank, from bribes from voting machine companies. If' they're elected officials, we must investigate to see if they've received PAC money donations that have come through voting machine companies. We must let them know that we see them as criminals. Imagine Robert DeNiro, one finger to his eye, the other pointing at them. We have our eyes on you, you bastards, and we're going to make sure that justice finds you.
