Election Day Registration

EDR could be a boon to more participation in the democratic process. 

It would be a threat to the local bureaucrats who try to use every means available to thwart free elections.  As a poll inspector, I have witnessed manipulation of voters rights to favor given candidates and parties.

ERD could help limit these abuses.
