Then there was Steve Wilson and Jane Akre who while working at Fox (Faux) News were doing a report on Bovine Growth Hormone (BGH) and it's cancer-causing effects. Well, the maker of BGH "Monsanto" was a huge sponsor on Faux News, so Faux told the reporters to re-write the piece. They did as told and it still contained objective information, so they were told to write it again. After many attempts it still had the offending truths. Faux re-wrote it themselves and told the reporters to broadcast the report, they refused. Fox television being strongly pressured by BGH-maker Monsanto, fired the journalists for refusing to broadcast false reports and threatening to report the station's conduct to the FCC

After a five-week trial and six hours of deliberation, a Florida state court jury unanimously determined that Fox "acted intentionally and deliberately to falsify or distort the plaintiffs' news reporting on BGH." The jury also found that Jane's threat to blow the whistle on Fox's misconduct to the FCC was the sole reason for the termination... and the jury awarded $425,000 in damages which makes her eligible to apply for reimbursement for all court costs, expenses and legal fees. Faux brought it to the Supreme Court who ruled that they should LIE to the public if directed by their employer. Hmmm... I wonder if that happened to N.I.S.T too? Anyway, You can read about rBGH here. http://www.foxbghsuit.com/

Now we have Supreme Court who again rules in favor of a Corporations First Amendment rights by excluding Dennis Kucinich from the Las Vegas debate tonight.

What happen here is the Nevada Supreme Court just ruled on a legal contract. They basically said that the party of the first part could; change the rules of that "Legal Contract", after the 2 parties agreed to that contract, there by excluding the party of the second part.

Tonight during the coverage I saw the MSM did not even bring up any of these points. But of course they wouldn't. Why should they? Because in a fascist state the media (corporations) and government work in unison against the people.

What the hell, it seems that the only rights in this country are the rights of corporations and persons of big money.

As for MSNBC, I am sorely disappointed in Keith Olbermann. He barely scratched the surface of what happened to Dennis Kucinich tonight and how the 4th estate is no more. Our entire democratic process is distorted beyond any nightmare. The Democrats seem more like Republicans and the Republicans seem more like followers of Benito Mussolini.

The Neo-Cons and The Neo-Liberals have won.

The populous does not even see as they are blinded by iPods, Dancing with the Stars, XBox's , cell phones and all those other things that say ME,ME,ME.

The city on the hill has gone dark. No more light, no more freedom.
