This could indeed be the year of the "no vote". A large no-vote "turn-in" would be heard louder than pulling any machine lever.
It's very sad that this country, founded on voting as one of its cornerstone citizen rights and duties, has come to a point where the choices are so horribly misrepresenting, that many may feel better serving their country by not going to the polls. I certainly hope that's not the case but there are disturbing signs that may be.
If that's not a reason for the "Progressive Moderate Party" to take root and run a candidate in 2008, then there is none.
