How dare ABC pick the next President for us, even if there was nothing on the line? How dare you play partisan politics and call that “news” ? How smart is that, even? ABC, it is time for me to break news to you. We, the People are not only going to boycott you, but are a) spreading word far and wide b) are very much inclined to file a class action lawsuit against you. No Media has any right to assist the rigging of an election; to cut out Constitutionally protected free speech of Any Candidate of Any Partisanship or Any Position and for Any Reason; to whisk away the power of choice from the people by exclusion of individuals from debate; to assist the brainwashing of a nation for personal self-gain; and to tout war without end based on profits and deaths for lies. OUR OWN KIDS are dying for these lies, and you choose to keep promoting those lies with fear, fear and more fear. Just so we can send our kids to die for more lies while we pay for that “privilege” with our tax dollars. I am carbon copying this open letter to seven different on-line news sites, each of which are the biggest on the Web. I also am forwarding this letter to every one of the Candidates named in this letter, and to their Campaign websites. I am asking readers of this letter to send out letters to the editor everywhere, calling for boycotts, phone calls, faxes, and class action lawsuits. And I wish you luck in standing up to an entire nation of furious people. You reap what you sow. Your choice. Your mess to clean up. I bookend this letter with a very clear statement: Wake up and smell the business losses. And I want to see ABC paying Kucinich, Gravel, Hunter, Paul and Romney ample financial restitution and providing them with over-abundantly extra, unbiased coverage from now until election day. Short of such restitution and extensive unbiased coverage, I want to see ABC paying the American people, en masse, restitution for the losses of lives of their kids, for the losses of civil liberties, and the losses of their power of choice. Because you have deliberately excluded the one Candidate, Kucinich, who happens to be on the morally and legally correct side of the street, for all those very serious matters above. And you have chosen to minimize the participation of others (Romney and Paul), provided zero reporter coverage for them, while also excluding two more Candidates (Gravel, Hunter) from the "news" "debate". Therefore we hold you responsible, legally, for what you illegally and unconstitutionally have chosen to censor, and for the effects of that censorship in harming the quality of American lives. Thank you, ABC “News”. PS Dear readers, you have my permission to send this open letter to any websites and friends you wish. Please distribute widely. Use my talking points: There is no need to quote me. This is about the public best interest, and that's the sole interest here. It's about time the mainstream media "gets it" that they've got to shape up. Thank you!

If any of you send me a message to my Opednews box and I do not respond, I am not ignoring you: The message simply is not getting through to me because of my disconnected email at home. Thank you and best wishes, Kathryn Smith This quote summarizes the nature of my concerns and the content of personal experiences which stir my activism: "Necessity is the plea for every infringement on human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves". --Paul Revere, House of Commons
