Here is a database of grants which apply nationally and internationally, in every category, among which is a category for social justice giving. Grants range in denominations from under $3,000 to over $500,000. There are two basic series in the database, one of which is for non-profits and the other of which is for grants to individuals. Librarians may be consulted free of charge and books/courses are available for grant-writing. Should this come in handy for funding any activist projects you do, here it is: www.fdncenter.org

This excerpt from a book by German citizen Milton Friedman about the rise of Nazi rule in Germany offers stunning, jaw-dropping parallels to the rise of fascism in America today. A must read and a good way to help others become aware of the mental games being played by our government, and by the deceptive thinking in our own minds which enables the rise:

Below is a link to an article suggesting that to run for public office is to challenge the seats of unethical Congresspeople. Hooray for creative brainstorming offered by such entities as Clean Sweep and more! Thank you all for offering us that hope. In the article below, I also have summarized some facts about a few of the post-911 laws which people need to be aware of, in order to keep eyes open for each other as citizens and to see right through the acts of politicians (which is key to dismantling their impact on society):

Hello friends I have decided to take a break from political writing for a while and have disconnected my email address correlated with Opednews. If any of you send me a message to my Opednews box and I do not respond, I am not ignoring you: The message simply is not getting through to me because of my disconnected email at home. Thank you and best wishes, Kathryn Smith This quote summarizes the nature of my concerns and the content of personal experiences which stir my activism: "Necessity is the plea for every infringement on human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves". --Paul Revere, House of Commons
