Can civilians go into a barracks and arrest soldiers they suspect?

Are civilians forgiven if they kill a soldier by "accident?"

Can a civilian put up a roadblock and kill any soldiers that don't stop?

Are insurgents civilians or soldiers?

Are insurgents following their own "rules of engagement"...
To protect themselves and win their fight with the occupiers?

How many of the insurgents are civilians protecting their homes...
Or seeking justice for crimes committed by the occupiers?

How many of the insurgents are soldiers following a guerilla fighter's...
"rules of engagement?"

And finally...

What rights do the children, and the old people, and the animals have...
In a world of such madness?

How do they defend themselves, from those who claim to fight for God or Democracy?

How do the "rules of engagement" or the "Laws of God" protect them!

Where is the pity for their deaths, and wounds, and Post Traumatic Stress?

Nine out of ten casualties of war are civilians!

Nine out of ten!
