Another question often shot back against such information is, "How will we pay for everything we need in government or America without income taxes? Same way we did for 150 years before it. How do you think we are "paying" for government and national needs right now when all income tax is spent on interest? Many other legal taxes support government, and they simply print all they need or want beyond that to support the unconstitutional spending they do, and all Americans foot this mounting fraudulent bill. By having Constitutionally limited government as Ron Paul stimulates, and using the Constitutional taxation we’ve used since the beginning, taxing most Americans is not necessary. Remember, having your own money printing press doesn’t exactly make for a lean government. Go figure.

They were all acquitted of charges by a jury of their piers and rejected the IRS position on income taxation. The above individuals studied the IR Code, the Supreme Court cases throughout the past, and the Constitution, and found out the truth and stopped voluntarily self assessing themselves. Their question to the IRS? "Show me the law that makes me liable for income taxes." The IRS couldn’t do it, and the defendants were vindicated for their stand on the Rule of Law and the Constitution. Hundreds of thousands of Americans are learning this every month, including some X-IRS agents.
Ah, but some will say, "People have gone to jail for tax ‘evasion.’" True, but WHY? Because people play the IRS game with the IRS rules and NOT the actual Rule of Law and the Constitution. It is THAT simple. As a People, we’ve become ignorant of law and our own Constitution. If you believe you owe taxes and do NOT pay them, or you don’t believe you owe taxes, but haven’t legally declared that, or you file false tax forms, THAT can be considered tax evasion according to their laws. That will get anyone into trouble because you’ve admitted you are a taxpayer in the past, and THAT makes you liable for income taxes until rebutted.
Don’t believe any of this? Then accept one of the many offers for rewards out there to anyone who can prove that most Americans owe income taxes. Google for those offers... as high as $300,000. The will to make a stand for truth and the Rule of Law isn’t for the weak, but once you educate yourself with the truth and the law, your position will be sound and your confidence will soar and you will no longer be weak, or afraid.
Lastly on this subject, fear, intimidation, and coercion (Terrorism - More on that in part III) are the main weapons the IRS and government uses against innocent Americans daily. We must begin resisting this unlawful activity using the law and courage, or our slavery will worsen. Givemeliberty.org filed a class action Redress of Grievance law suit against the IRS and other government agencies to answer the many questions regarding their unconstitutional activities. The government has ignored these simple questions for many years. If the government stands on the true law, they should be able to simply answer this suit and shut the mouths of those who ask these questions. Until the government answers the suit, plaintiffs, (or anyone), can withhold their taxes...
