I consider myself a philosopher in the traditional sense, trying to be interested in all the things of the mind, the body and the feeling (I'm doing a Ph.D. in academic philosophy). I make my living as an IT consultant and technical writer. I'm a ballroom dancer and run a dance using computer music. I speak several languages. I raised my three daughters as a single father. These last few years I have become very interested in health and in economics.

Now every time I seethe with rage and vow to take an ax to Bill Gates for forcing me to use that abortion of a word processor he has tricked and cheated the world into using, I will think of your words of wisdom about capitalism and remember that the "ingenious and industrious Bill Gates deserves every penny he has".

Wonderful, Jason, but with the Cretins of both parties in charge: I'm nervous about your believing you've penned SATIRE! I'm awaiting the busheviks returning transfats to our diets, mandating sugar in every food & drug, requiring ritalin, SSRIs, and lipitor be dispensed to every elementary pupil ( and a double dose to every teacher ) and to every nursing home resident and federally mandating poison in all illicit street drugs...recognizing that most AMA approved drugs are already lethal!
