Still – I say roll the dice. Am I supporting Obama because he is black? That’s a huge factor. How weird is that? Is that racist? What if I supported a candidate because he or she was white? Here is my answer to that: Oh, well. Isn’t this just the ultimate example of affirmative action? Perhaps. So what? Affirmative Action is merely assuring that qualified black job applicants are given an opportunity to compete in partial compensation for centuries of being locked out by official and unofficial policy.
And finally -- what if it’s Hillary?
That’s ok, too.
