PREDICTIONS
Paul Craig Roberts, lifelong conservative Republican and former Asst. Secretary of the Treasury under Reagan, surprised many by writing an op-ed piece last summer entitled "Impeach Now: Or Face the End of Constitutional Democracy". His central premise is the warning that after going to all the trouble of illegal wire-tapping of Americans, of building up the Blackwater & Triple Canopy mercenary armies, of inventing powers of the 'unitary executive' – that the P.N.A.C. folks will NOT hand over such powers to Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama (or to any other Democratic winner of a legitimate election). Therefore, Constitutional rule will be cancelled before the November 2008 national election – UNLESS the Bush gang is removed by impeachment.
{ text of the article by Paul Craig Roberts }

In July, radio host Randi Rhodes interviewed a consultant to the C.I.A. and other agencies who stated that the United States has so few active military, or even National Guard, that the declaration of martial law can not be enforced. I was relieved for a while, and then I realized that all Der Führer has to do is order conscription of 18- to 25-year-olds into the military; or maybe not: without posse comitatus manpower to enforce such a draft, this may prove difficult. (There remain Blackwater's goons.)

Unfortunately, the bottom line is the super-tough question: Is Bush a genius posing as an idiot, or an idiot posing as a genius?
Cheney is a psychopath, and Bush is psychotic, so there is no telling what they will do, even if, or especially if, the exercise of their false authority cannot work. The fascists of P.N.A.C. want chaos and anarchy, the collapse of the rule of law, and a fearful and compliant population.
They took us into Iraq, plans abound for the attack on Iran, this country is bankrupt, and the U.S. Constitution has been shredded – plans that work are not Bush's strong suit.
Congress has already issued subpoenas for Harriet Meiers, Karl Rove, Alberto Gonzales and others; failure to appear will result in votes for 'inherent contempt of Congress', which will put them in jail. The impeachment of Rove and Gonzales and Bush and Cheney and Rice will lead to a critical confrontation between the three branches of government.
The year 2008 is certain to be a long and hot campaign year.

Impeachment or dictatorship: Choose.

how to impeach

Don't forget that exposing the truth about 9/11 will help persuade a lot of voters that impeachment is the way to go.

The use of explosives to bring down all three towers is a scientific certainty.

The denial of explosives by the US admin is proof of complicity.

What more is necessary to start impeachment?

Two of the above named two legged lice

were at the May 31, 2007 Bilderberg meeting in Istanbul Turkey. Zoellick went as Deputy Sec. of State and Wolfowitz went as the outgoing head of the World Bank. What were our bad little boys doing over there? Inquiring minds want to know. I sent a registered letter to the state dept. asking for minutes of the meeting or some explaination of what they were doing in their secret places. I never received acknowledgment of the reciept of the letter, surprise surprise. Gov. Perry of Texas was also in attendance at the Bilderberg, in violation of three or more laws, the Logan act and the Texas Election Code prohibiting use of campaign funds and also the Texas constitution prohibiting the governor from having direct business with foreign governments or heads of state. I sent a complaint to the FBI citing the above and also possible violations of the RICO law. As is usually the case the laws do not apply to our owners or their gophers (I didnt know gophers were part of the fauna of Israel). Of all the dual passported slime buckets Kristol is to me the most repugnant and Chertoff by far the most dangerous. We have been sold down the river in a boat full of holes with no life preserver.

Hold on to your hats, folks

Of all the alarming, stunning and underhanded tactics of the puppet Bush and his minions, this scares the socks off of me.

Imagine a pre-fabricated, false flag catastrophe loosed on America right at the closing bell of the Bush era - and low and behold, Bush's army of manipulators manage to retain their grip on power, subverting the constitution - again.

Who's to stop them?  An intimidated, spineless, mealy-mouthed congress?  A carefully stacked judiciary?  The supreme court?  The media?  I'd fall out of my chair laughing if this wasn't about the most serious of matters.

The attack of 911 was brilliantly exploited in their pursuits - each and every one - the agenda goes swimmingly.  And whether allowed to happen or outright executed, the American public - by and large - bought it.

Who can guess what the dark elements - with unrestrained power and resources - might be prepared to sell us next?

Expect the unexpected folks.  And I pray to God and hope for my grandchildren that I'm wrong.

as a long thinker

I have enjoyed, in a disturbing sort of way, all of your posts. I agree with the author on all fronts. I am sorry for my delayed posting. However, I have been pondering a few questions about 9-11.

1) Why were absolutely no congresspersons, Senators, House Reps., families therein, or any people "related" to Government officials lost or even wounded in 9-11? Not even a movie star? I would have thought a famous person dying would have brought us endless corpstream media coverage, night after night, day after day. The Neocons would have used it in their promotional footage.

(if there were ANY, please name them for me and I will hunker down in my questioning)

2) Was the 9-11 commissions' report a dog & pony show or what? Genius as it may have been, whoodathunk differently coming from 100's of lawyers(law makers) in DC government gymnastics (yes, they do a great floor show). We questioned them little.

3) This brings me to WHY congress won't, or hasn't yet, opened a new investigation of 9-11?(dragging our feet a bit) and will not begin impeachment hearings?--just "hearings" even! They are all interweaved. Congress, for the most part, I believe, was IN on 9-11. Harsh accusation on my part, but I can believe little else. PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG in my hypothesis, my assumption, my speculation! I would like to read/think differently.

Btw, Article One, Section 8 GIVES CONGRESS the powers of these "Acts" which Bush has installed for himself. No where does it give the Executive Branch these powers. Therefore, he has ursurped the constitution with THAT alone. Congress, ain't so dumb, they know this, but yield to protect Bush, at al., while we sit and wait for their inaction to become action.

4) Can the American citizens take back the country? Is the majority of congress (that's 51% of 535 persons) backing Bush by their inactions?

Take a lesson from Burma and the blood shed. Take a lesson from the great attorneys in Pakistan that gave life and limb for democracy against Martial law "installed" by their militant leader. Take a lesson in China and the Tibetans. Lessons of resilency in populations all over the world trying to fight to get water, food, and resources such basics as human rights.

Have we become the puppet to the "Corporate King"? We know Congress has been bought out for the most part. We are the slaves as the Kings will always need their "workers" and yes, cheap pay and no unions and long hours and absolutely NO DAYS OFF!

Welcome to tyranny, 2008. The land of the "Corporate King", debt balanced on the Elitists' slaves (us), the young of the land being fodder for the elitists' goals, constitution a thing of the past other than in words of make believe, we have entered into another great making of history.

My question is: Can Americans get off their couch and leave the TV? Can Americans sacrifice life or limb, or home? Btw, FEMA camps are no secret. They are currently being USED, some illegal immigrants and families reside in them and some of "whoever" that this Administration has labeled "enemy combatant". There are five in the west USA: Aurora, CO, Tacoma, WA, El Paso, TX, and one more in TX in Los frenos or something like that, Eloy, AZ, and more possibly. They are waiting for all of us to step out of line?
