At least one soldier -who kept his back towards all the other soldiers-appeared to sing along. As we departed I held out my hand to another who responded with a brief touch and we both said shalom to the other. Someone else offered him their candle after I passed, but he declined saying he was not allowed to accept anything. 2. Post Office closed down.

3. Government Hospital closed.

4. All Government schools closed.

5. All government Offices closed.

6. Rubbish collections suspended.
