Do we even have a Constitution?

Detention centers, yet another infringement on our rights by the gov't. Add it to the ever-growing list of violations:
They violate the 1st Amendment by opening mail, caging demonstrators and banning books like "America Deceived" from Amazon.
They violate the 2nd Amendment by confiscating guns during Katrina.
They violate the 4th Amendment  by conducting warrant-less wiretaps.
They violate the 5th and 6th Amendment by suspending habeas corpus.
They violate the 8th Amendment by torturing.
They violate the entire Constitution by starting 2 illegal wars based on lies and on behalf of a foriegn gov't.
Write in Dr. Ron Paul and save this great country.

He sounds kool when he speaks of the deviations from the Constitution, yet

fails when it comes to equality.

If we have a country of individuals and no safety net, We have 310 million

pixels, but no coherent picture.

If we want to see a Great Country, we must recognize that great

divergence of wealth and resources within a society will cause such

a society to dis-assemble. What is 310 million competing beings,

it is not a viable coherent entity, it is a roadmap for multitudes

of mishaps and loss of direction.

Wolfie will find the scent for the trail of common ground and shared

goals.

I'm in Mister Martin

I've already made the recipe for my koolaid. They won't take me alive that is for damn sure if I have anything to say about it. I haven't got much, they can have the junk EXCEPT my dog. She will slurp koolaid as well. She likes everything I eat anyway. heh heh.

However, I can't seem to find this email my friend sent me. He went to a meeting and said they presented this "plan" of "Partnership States". What it basically does is take all Medicaid and Medicare recipients and put them in FEMA camps, chip them with the Veri-chip (claim it takes their medical records go "with" them) and ships them to the nearest concrete Hotel. I have a map of these FEMA camps for the west. If I can find it, I will copy and paste the site. For those of you in the East and midwest, I don't have a map for you.

Btw, the watch "list" was posted on my ACLU email and they have a ticking clock showing 20,000 names a month are added. I am sure I am a target. I am not afraid to die. I am more afraid to live in a country w/o the rule of law. Guess, I am existing that way right now, but I am free to read OEN so far. Wait till that is suspended. Maybe when they black out the Internet, ppl will wake up. Maybe by then, it will be too late.

The land of the dry bones..."you will bury your own" Russia stated in the 60's. Bush secured his new home--Paraguay. It's not really Lil Bush, it's daddy Bush, Baker, Kissinger and Dick Cheney that run this show. They are the tyrants.

8 million, ha, more like 40 million will die and the world will sit back and watch. Maybe the earth will strike back before the tyrants get their way. She is shaking and cracking and spewing like a mutha. I keep my eye on the USGS site and have for 3 yrs. I can't believe all the quakes, volcanoes, and cyclone etc. The activity has not been so great in 3 yrs.

Yeah - I'm On The List Too...

I run a site extremely critical of the Bush administration, so I'm sure that I'm also on the "list." We, who spend the time to read and educate ourselves, know what's coming, but in all honesty, there doesn't seem to be much we can do about it. The MSM has been compromised, and how sad is it when any of these major news outlets could become heroes overnight by simply doing what they were supposed to do all along - tell the truth. If any of them would actually inform the American public of what Bush is planning, there would be almost instant strikes and God knows what as people understood that the country we all love is evaporating right before our eyes - and still, even though the freight train is hurling itself at us and we lie tied to the tracks, no amount of writing or anything else will awaken those who believe "that everything is alright."

I haven't had much time to write lately, as I'm watching my Mother die a slow death due to colon cancer, and I'm disabled myself, so as the economy gets worse, it takes every ounce of my ability just to pay the bills (or what I can of them) and try and create an environment where my family can survive.

Is it all in vain? Have I also condemned my entire family because of my belief in the constitution and the rule of law? I wrestle with this question every day, and even my family is worried, however, from her deathbed, my Mother insists that I must keep writing, that too many of our family have died in foreign wars to give up on freedom and everything that "real" Americans believe in. I won't quit writing, but it's possible my site may go away, as I'm getting ready to list it on Ebay; I'm all for doing the right thing, however, with the economy in tatters the only way my Mother can come back home to die among family is for me to sell my site -which is representative of years of writing and studying how we have lost our way, that in itself is extremely depressing.

In my younger years I was a different person. I have changed, for the better I hope, but I still ask myself a burning question that is germane to all that read the above article. Let's create a hypothetical situation...

You know your next door neighbor is a serial killer and quite by accident, you find out that you and your family are his next targets.  The police won't believe a word you say, but you heard it with your own ears and saw him making preparations to murder your entire family, women, children, and even the elderly who are a threat to no one - yet this killer is getting ready to end all of your lives.

What are you going to do about it? Will you sit meekly in your homes and await him to come in the middle of the night while all of you are sleeping and accept that you cannot do anything to save those you love? So may of us write and attempt to warn others of the danger, but let's be honest, no one except the few that get their news from the Internet are listening, so what are we accomplishing?

If this was the "me" that exited 35 years ago, I already know the answer, but times change and so have I - so the most obvious answer is simply out of the question - at least for me. What about all of those in the military who have sworn an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States? What is their "answer" to this nightmare that is brewing?

And by the way, most of you will have no time to react and do anything when they come, and that includes myself; all of the operations are carried out in the very early hours of the morning and those of us who have been the most verbal will simply hear our doors come crashing in and will have time to do absolutely nothing except die - if we even have the chance to do that. When I was younger, I used to believe in God, but as a man that has been tortured by his own country and seen what I have - I no longer believe in such hogwash. I don't mean to disrespect those that do believe, and I hope their faith offers them some comfort as they are being marched off to internment camps which will likely follow-suit with those that Hitler ran, with no way out except in the smoke that emanates from the chambers we already know have been built. 

I'll admit that it's heartbreaking watching my Mom die, but that's simply the circle of life, something we will all experience sooner or later; It is much more heartbreaking watching your beloved country die and no one in Congress is lifting a finger to save it, and in fact, traitors like Pelosi are hurrying along our demise by and through their unconstitutional and what I believe are criminal actions. This nation was built upon the blood and suffering of patriots, and people like those in my own family who served this country in WW I and II - some who paid the ultimate price, however, now it seems that our military is commanded by cowards who refuse to uphold their duty to defend the constitution and the rule of law. Our loyalty should be to the constitution, not to a President that has no respect for either.
