(And the more I watch this man, and the more I read his book DREAM FROM MY FATHERS written when he was in his early thirties, and before he was seeking public office –an extraordinary book by an extraordinary human spirit—the more I think it is a good chance.)

Having lived six decades now, I've had a lot of experiences! It's a real gamble

But look at Obama's voting record and his actual stands on issues in this campaign.  Nothing whatsover stands out.  There is not the slightest hint that he stands for change.  He is down-the-line American establishment political orthodoxy.

There are indeed things from his past and connections he has had which would appear to give hope of something different.  But his political record indicates that he has decided to put personal ambition front and center, and not run the risk of angering the political establishment in any way, shape or form.

So the gamble would be a hope that he is actually engaged in wholesale deception with his voting record and campaign stance, and that once elected he would turn into something different and actually try to lead the country into meaningful change.

I can't bring myself to vote for someone on the grounds that there is a possibility that in fact he might be a world class liar.

I realize that there are only three people with any real hope of becoming the next President of the United States.  But they are all clearly unacceptable, and I will not vote for one of them.

World Class Liars

Are there any viable candidate's that are not World class liar's?

The American voter is not really interested in the truth. They want to be told all is well, especially with me in charge.

The real question is how effective Obama or Hillary would be in gaining a consensus among CongressCritter's to do the things that need to be done to return America to its greatness. Not greatness in World domination. But greatness in its treatment of its citizen's.

Myself, I see Hillary as a skillful politician, able to forge a consensus. But also as deeply beholden to special interests as any Republican ever was.

Barak is the unknown factor. He is beholden to special interests as well, possibly not to the extent as Hillary. He is a masterful speaker. Can he transfer that talent into consensus building?

Regardless of who is elected, that one person cannot do anything without Congress behind them. A fact we all should bear in mind when voting for our Representatives and Senators.

A proud gay man

We should Bet on What?

BO is a man who in the IL state legislature, on 6 CRUCIAL issues voted the wrong way -- i.e. the way which harmed his constituents. He stripped legislation for children of funding, he harmed unions, and on an on.

His EXCUSE: he could NOT tell the YES button from the NO button!

We should bet on that?

BO is a man who, when it came to controversial issues, voted PRESENT rather than take a stand and actually show he had a position.

We should bet on that?

BO is a man who has PAID $700,000 to BUY superdelegates's votes!

We should bet on that?

BO is a man who has plagiarized the words and the whole campaign theme of another politician without giving any credit.

We should bet on that?

BO is a man who pretends to be against the war in Iraq yet in 2004 said he probably would have voted as Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Kerry voted AND since then has voted to fully fund the war. This is a man who is a liar.

We should bet on that?

He is a man who may be able to give a pretty speech (but I don't see that as the case) BUT can he back it up with action? No evidence of that.

We should bet on that?

Please come down to the real and very dangerous world -- and see that Hillary is the best candidate.
