Nobody is 'the exception to that rule' ....Not anymore.
(This page has the cover photo of that issue, (Number 1, 2004 Volume 88, Number 449) Particular to me as relevant to wind issues as when I drove it in the Spring of the late ninties, it showed the effects of the wind inasmuch as the particular Black Slate rock that it is covered with was being Blown off to one side by the wind there, causeing the scene to look similar to what that cover photo shows save that on one side of the Roads' edge was quite 'blackened' {sooted} by the Blown off Rock)
