One wonders what any of the three would do if someone trying to make their quota in human flesh arrived at their door with the power of a holstered gun and tried to intimidate them into handing over their child. What do you say about the moral fiber of people who profit from such a system? Nothing is ugly enough.

Americans need to demand answers. Among others we need to know what bounty is being put on each child or disabled adult sucked into the system. We need to know what such 'workers' are paid. We need to know the specifics about their benefits. We need to know how many disabled adults die after being sucked into their system, how many children end up sold into sex rings or used for pornographic films. In case you were unaware that is all too often their fate. Children present many possibilities to the greedy.

Hitler also instituted 'homes.' Those received there were put to death under the same benevolent rhetoric I heard yesterday. The long dead Germans were also told they would be happier and better cared for.

There are questions that need answers and now is the time to demand them. The disabled adults and children, now far more vulnerable because of the incessant need to pump more funds into a system intended solely to profit those in power, needs to be stopped.

Government has drawn a bead on all families, yours included. Listen for the knock on the door.

Those in power need to be charged and sued for the damage they have done to lives barely started and at risk. As Americans we have a right to justice and the time for that is now.

Protect Yourself from the CPS. Use Copper Cards and the Constitution. Our Founders intended us to be free, not the property of government. Have no doubts, these people are making war on us.  It is time to begin the LovoLution, restore the Constitutions, our freedoms, and the vision of America through non-violent action, starting exactly where you are.

CopperCards Family Services / CPS

1. Without discussing anything, hand CPS or officer the CopperCards Officer NOTICE Card.

2. Do not invite sheriffs or CPS into your home.

3. If they wish to proceed further hand them the CopperCards Officer verification questionnaire.

4. Do not talk to the sheriffs or CPS or let them talk to your children (5th Amendment right)

The bottom line is these people rely on you authorizing them to take your children or to talk to their children. If you exercise your 5th they can’t do anything.

Just a few links: Their greed knows no boundaries.

Helping Arthur

Some people have contacted me asking how they could help. Arthur would love to hear from people because he does get lonely and likes to spend time online. He loves getting email and chatting about his interests. His email is sirart4u(at)yahoo(dot)com. The name Sir Art comes from his concerted attempt to pull the sword out of the stone at Disneyland when he was little. Arthur still loves Disneyland.  The name Arthur is for both my father, Dr. Arthur F. Pillsbury, and grandfather, Arthur C. Pillsbury.

Arthur's disabilities come from two major brain injuries, the first a result of a motorcycle accident in 1997; he went 300 feet 20 feet in the air and landed on his face. He was not expected to survive. The second happened six months later when he was visiting his biological father, Ronald Foster. Although Ron had been told that Arthur was depressed he left him alone in the house with the loaded gun. Arthur shot himself through the brain. That more serious injury resulted in the strong suggestion we donate his organs. I refused that suggestion from Social Services as well.

Arthur was depressed because his adoptive father, having learned he might be required to pay support since Arthur was disabled, told him he could never be happy living with me. Ron, knowing how much work was involved, had refused Craig's offer of $1,000 a month to take him.

I knew nothing about Craig's attempts until later depositions.

After years of therapy Arthur regained the use of his arms and legs. Today he walks with the use of a brace and a cane, a fantastic improvement. I am grateful every day that he survived.  I am his full time caretaker.

Craig Franklin was trying to escape the spectre that had haunted him his entire life, the IRS by divorcing me so he could claim to others I caused the problem.  His attorney evidently suggested he try to get Ron to take Arthur to limit what the divorce would cost him. As you may know, divorce in America is conducted according to the rules of war.  It should not be.  See Truemarriage.net for a different approach on that.   Here is something on the IRS part of the story.

I am sure Arthur will be delighted to hear from you and his happy his story may help others. Remember to let people know how to defend their own families from Social Services!

Helping Arthur

I am a social worker from Michigan and I work with mentally disabled people.  Although I have a college degree trust me I don't make alot of money. In fact less then $40,000 per year.  I know that it is scary to have protective services come to your door, but there are people who can help you.  Yes Arthur because of his disability should be able to get social security disability or SSI.  Not only would the extra income help you alot, but it would also give him medicaid, which would pay for his medical needs.  Due to the depression he should qualify for CMH services.  Please trust me we are there to help him life his life to the fullest.  I try to get the services for my clients to live were they want to, there are services to transport, give extra food and help you so you don't have to struggle so hard.  I do want to let you know that I enjoy your articles.  Good luck.

Some advice for you.

I do not want to insult you and I do appreciate what are, doubtless, sincere sentiments especially since you enjoy my articles, showing your essential good taste. The point of my article is the right of the individual to exercise their inherent right to decide for ourselves on the course their life will take. I was not asking for help.

Arthur is not depressed. You made a medical judgment based on the statement he is lonely, an entirely unjustifiable assumption. Arthur was depressed ten years ago when he drove his motorcycle that day; he was anguished when he picked up the gun. He has found meaning for his life and an amazing relationship with God. It takes determination to survive what he has.

Arthur does not need medical care, he is extremely healthy, so healthy most people envy him. The anonymous report most likely came from someone I reported for securities fraud who is now hiding out in North Carolina. Since such reports are anonymous I will be filing a FOIA and suing the social workers, as everyone should do when these busy bodies ignore our rights. That will be an education for each of them.

Now here is some advice I sincerely hope you take. Find another profession. Take up gardening, grow your own food. Learn to do something people will pay you to do willingly.. The services you provide, paid for by very unwilling taxpayers through government, will soon be going away, along with your job. America is heading for an economic meltdown that will make the Depression look like a cake walk. If you read my articles you know I have been predicting our present course for several years now. You could sell WOW! Microminerals. Those renew the soil, enriching the resulting plants and doubling grown in many cases. Very practical.

SSI, not so fast

Sorry, if he was disabled after age 18 and had not worked a sufficient number of quarters prior to becoming disabled, he does not qualify for SSI or Medicare.

Yes there are people "Left behind"

You report a frightening experience

I had no idea about this part of your life.  If Arthur uses the net, does that mean he is  intellectually and cognitively whole? Maybe he can post something to OEN, with your help.

Why, after advising readers not to allow these people into your house, did you allow them into yours?

It seems that they could make life very miserable for you if you antagonize them. Don't you take risks getting abrasive with them?

Why not get social security and medicare or medicaid for your son?
