Obama supporters to Clinton supporters: IT'S YOUR HOUSE, TOO!

We still admire and greatly respect them for leading America during the 1990s. We still admire Bill Clinton’s political genius. Bill (and Hillary) moved America forward.

Therefore, it’s time to start healing. It’s time for Barack Obama and his supporters to throw open the doors to those that want a sea-change from what we’ve experienced during the last eight years. It’s time to welcome our Clinton cousins with open arms and great, big smiles and handshakes. THEY ARE US.

MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT THE ALTERNATIVE: John McCain sees Iraq as a foreign policy success. He wants Supreme Court Justices that resemble those appointed by George Bush. He wants an economy similar to what we have right now. His solution? He was the first person (well before Hillary) to devise the idea of the “gas tax holiday” and wants to see it in effect nationally.

Not one single economist (Republican and Democrat alike) thinks this is a good idea!

McCain came out with an extremely dangerous single that failed to make it onto the playlists of music radio: “Bomb, bomb, bomb…bomb, bomb Iran.” A portend of things to come should he become president?

John McCain is a smarter version of George Bush. He tries to distance himself on a personal level. But, the policies are the same.

This is not a battle between Obama supporters and those that have supported Clinton. It’s a battle to save the United States of America.

That is not hyperbole.

Economically, we may be at China’s mercy.

Hi,
I'm a 66 year old woman, married with 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. I grew up in a family of 8 children. I work in Child Protective Services, with parents who either have abused or neglected their children or who are at risk of child abuse and neglect (generally due to such things as mental health issues, or abuse/neglect because of alcohol/drug use and/or abuse). I have worked in this field for the past 23 years. Poverty is a huge issue for families with wh...

"It's your house too"

I am so completely disappointed in the democratic party and also disappointed in articles such as this which, I'm assuming, are attempting to reunite the democratic party?  How interesting that the only way you feel you can do that is to continue to slam the Clintons.  We all know what happened with Bill...we were sick of hearing about it then and are completely amazed that our own party insists on keeping it alive.

Do you really believe that Obama can do the things you say he can do?  How many of the superdelegates who support him are the same ones who have refused to vote in favor of some of the things that Americans (democrats) are pushing for?  Or are the Obama Washington supporters more likely to be those who will continue to support the 'vote in a way to keep you in office regardless of what the American people want'?

I would really like to see a recording of the Obama supporters (in Washington ) vs. the  Clinton supporters.  I'd really like to see what issues each of them have voted for and against.  Of course, we won't see that on mainstream media and we won't even see it on those mediums who may be more to the left.

I've watched Obama and Clinton both, trying to discern which would be best for our country.  Then I listen to people like George McGovern who are given air time because they opt to change from Clinton to Obama.  It's portrayed as a big deal but what I constantly notice is the lack of substance in their reasons for doing so.  They may state they 'believe Obama will be better able to...'.  Could I ask why they believe that?  Do I necessarily think that George McGovern is basing his decision on any more important facts than I base my decisions?

Every word from Hillary's mouth is examined again and again.  Funny, I never did hear anyone critical of Obama referring to Clinton as 'Annie Oakley'...did you?  Why is that?  Do you think the Republican war machine is going to be as kind to Obama as you all have been?

To Hillary, I say, you are one tough lady.  You are one bright person.  You are the one that I believe would be able to begin to right our 'ship of state'.  Will you have the chance to do that?  Who knows what will happen in the next 30 days.  Until we know, I want to say that I am totally sick of articles such as this and so many more who have been telling Hillary to get out of the campaign.  Shouldn't we all (democrats) have the right to vote?  Do I care what George McGovern or others like him who profess to 'have the highest regard for the Clilnton's and appreciate all they help they have given them in the past' are now doing with their support?

I don't watch the news any longer and read little of this crap.  What a hatchet job you have all done!  Good job.  That's obviously the American way.  Freedom is on the march.  Wave goodbye!!!
