Voter-verified paper ballots are coming. It is inevitable. It is fiscally irresponsible to decide to wait for the laws to pass and then spend good money re-fitting paperless machines. It is throwing money away not to choose a system that is already capable of providing a voter-verified paper ballot. Bucks County taxpayers do not have money they can throw away. Let the Commissioners know how you feel.
