Conclusion
It sounds like all the people that this government has impoverished it now wants to include in its "ORC ARMY."
Let us hope that the trials this corrupt U.S. government has already put its people through cause them to be more careful. We do not want to be trapped further than the horrors that have already happened and have already trapped people in poverty and helplessness. I hope we all remember a quiet grace we all have deep within and not to be conned into things that are not beneficial but tricks and traps.
The author of Lord of the Rings, the creator of this mythological language, tells us that the Orcs were once Elves, beings of great beauty and benevolence.
What shall become of the U.S. citizen? Will we become Orcs or Elves? ( We can fall under the power of subversive elements in our country, within our own government, or we can rise above the current struggle and become better people ) We already live in "Mordor" the land of murder. Just look at our international reputation and it becomes immensely obvious.
Note: If anyone or anything in the mail or over the phone ever tells me I am "expected to show up" for some "volunteer" government or community program there is no way I am going. I am only going to community meetings that I start or are started by one of my neighbors or someone in the community about whom I can discover by word of mouth is a very nice peaceful gentle person. They must be a person whose purpose in creating a meeting is well spelled out ahead of time and it has nothing to do with government/community "service."
