The article "Bad Economy Makes US Vulnerable to Enemies, Official Warns"

click here states "The global economic crisis colors all other threats
confronting the United States, the new director of national intelligence told
the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on Feb. 12.

Dennis C. Blair said the crisis raises the level of uncertainty in the world and
places new areas of the globe in danger."

W always warned that terrorists love areas where there is no political or economic stability. He has made the US just that sort of area as the article continues "Al-Qaida cells may grow in the United States, Blair said. "We remain concerned about the potential for homegrown extremists inspired by the al-Qaida militant ideology to plan attacks in the United States, Europe and elsewhere without operational direction from the group itself," he said. U.S. agencies will focus on identifying ties between U.S.-based individuals and extremist networks overseas."

Remember big bro 43 was going to get bin laden "dead or alive". Not so much as the article continues "Al-Qaida remains a threat in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The group portrays itself as aiding Taliban insurgents who are fighting Western imperialism, Blair said.

In Pakistan's tribal areas, the terror group lost many of its leaders in 2008,
he said. While this has weakened the group in the area, the group in Pakistan remains the most dangerous and continues to plot against the United States and U.S. interests from havens in the region."

The article "Justice probe may pose 'enormous consequences' for Bush officials" at click here reveals how big bro 43 subverted our legal system as the article states "A Department of Justice report has called into question the entire legal basis of the Bush administration's repeated justifications of abusing prisoners captured in the former president's terror war. According to Monday night's guest on MSNBC's The Rachel Maddow Show, the "consequences" of some of the report's findings could be "enormous" for members of the Bush administration.

A draft of the report from the Office of Professional Responsibility, the department's watchdog unit, was submitted during the waning days of the Bush administration, but former Attorney General Michael Mukasey objected to it, according to a Monday report by Newsweek reporter Michael Isikoff.

Isikoff said "I talked to a number of Bush administration lawyers who'd been questioned as part of this. And they said the OPR investigators who did this report got internal e-mails, internal drafts, of back and forth correspondence with the White House to reconstruct how these memos came to be crafted.
"And if, in fact, it's shown essentially senior officials in the Bush administration at the White House and others were dictating and in collusion with the lawyers with the Justice Department to sort-of predetermine what the outcome was, then, in fact, the look into how these memos, could go elsewhere; It could go beyond just the authors of these memos into the people who ... Into the clients they were seeking to please."

The Democrats suspected Mukasey would be just a mere "Fredo" and they were right. Maybe big bro 43 and the Dickless, impotent Cheney will soon be testifying about their roles in these memos.

These particular set of crimes have the added negative effect of increasing the number of terrorists will to throw their loves away to kill innocent US citizens. According to testimony by Alberto Mora, the former general counsel of the Navy in the Senate Armed Services Committee report released December 11, 2008 "There are serving U.S. flag-rank officers who maintain that the first and second identifiable causes of U.S. combat deaths in Iraq - as judged by their effectiveness in recruiting insurgent fighters into combat - are, respectively, the symbols of Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo.'' Mora testified.

Big bro 43 told you few remaining red staters that he'd protect you. Well the economic insecurity within the US has made our homeland a potential hotbed for extremist Islamic jihadists probably living in your streets of extremist Christian jihadist victims. Maybe instead of calling him your protected you'd want big bro 43 to be labeled as a jihadist enabler.

And the vile GOP has plans to act like the Taliban. Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX), chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, said House Republicans -- who voted unanimously last week against the economic plan pushed by President Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- will pitch a "positive, loyal opposition" to the proposal. The group, he added, should also "understand insurgency" in implementing efforts to offer alternatives.
"Insurgency, we understand perhaps a little bit more because of the Taliban," Sessions said during a meeting yesterday with Hotline editors. "And that is that they went about systematically understanding how to disrupt and change a person's entire processes. And these Taliban -- I'm not trying to say the Republican Party is the Taliban."

The GOP as the Taliban comes in a week when a GOP propaganda piece prints a cartoon in which a vile, but typical racial symbol of Obama is shot and the speaker asks who will have the nerve to write the next stimulus package.

The GOP wants to give the top 1%, all of big bro 43's international cronies, our every last cent and will threaten a man who is trying to right big bro 43's crimes.

Bin laden could never have hoped for a more completely devastated US.
