Bush's legacy, that these guys are trying manfully to spin into something that it is not, is that he is the only president in US history that didn't, couldn't and wouldn't prevent the most catastrophic foreign terrorist attack we have ever seen. That's the truth that none of these pundits want to bring up and instead try unsuccessfully to portray as a success, by just not mentioning it. Bush has no interest in and is woefully, abysmally incapable of preventing terrorist attacks. That's why we had one. That is his legacy.
