"Any law, regulation, executive order or other rule enabled by the Legislative bodies, Executive offices, or Judicial bodies of the Federal Government, or any of the several states, that restricts, infringes or limits any right defined within this Constitution shall be subject to ratification by no less than two-thirds of the voting public.  Any such law shall have no effect and shall be deemed null and void if, in the next general election or poll, said law or laws are not approved by a two-thirds majority of those voting.  Temporary enactment for emergency conditions shall not extend beyond the next general election or poll without a two-thirds majority of the voting public."

We must protect all of our rights from the encroachment of a Police State.  That includes the Second Amendment, the First, and all others.  "We the People" must insist we are the ones in control.
