Enter Victoria Jackson. Yes, that Victoria Jackson, from the old Saturday Night Live gang. She appeared recently on the Sean Hannity show on Fox and came across as the dumb blonde bimbo that she portrayed on SNL (maybe she wasn't acting). While chanting that Fox was the only source of truth and that all others told lies she proclaimed Obama a communist while waving her bible. Yes, she did. This Stephen Colbert-esque display seemed to be welcomed on a show whose network is 100% in lock-step with the neo-cons and ultra-conservatives for whom Americans are sick and tired of. Republican party approval numbers are historically low right now.

Sadly, in a very symbolic way, it IS Victoria Jackson that is the new face of the Republican party.
