Cordileone has been told time and again that the reason these groups were
considered hate groups is because they willfully disseminated false, derogatory
information about homosexuality.
Of course, if Christian Right leaders like Tony Perkins continue to
"advance" their cause with graphics like these, then they're sure to
garner the ridicule they deserve***:
All Joseph Farahs aside, the strategies of the Christian Right still include portraying
gays as violent predators with mafia-like tactics, pawns of Satan who are only
redeemable through harmful pray-away-the-gay therapy.
