By the way Mr. Obama, if you want to have a basketball court at the White House, then you pay for it.  Don’t make your landlord -- the taxpayer -- pay for it.  It is for your personal use and enjoyment.  It doesn’t benefit the taxpayer one iota.  If you think that it is appropriate for the taxpayer to pay for it, then whatever you do, don’t give the contract to Haliburton.  That will quickly make you a Lame Duck President.
