He said the United States supported the democratic government and would continue to provide assistance in fight against terrorism, improve security and resolve energy crisis. He said apart from use of force, there is a need to expedite economic activities, build schools and health facilities and create job opportunities.
He said America had been extending support to Pakistan for improving infrastructure and providing roads, schools and other basic needs of life in the tribal areas. Replying to a question on fears about the safety of US nuclear arsenals following reports that the nuclear weapons were stolen, he said he had no doubts about security of nuclear establishments in the United States.Next Page 1 | 2
