Famed journalist Edward R Murrow -- who was the first to radio broadcast from the rooftops of London bombings during WW II, and later brought down Senator Joseph McCarthy -- was a victim of tobacco, who now has a Boulevard named after him in Greensboro NC near where he was born, one of our major cigarette producing cities.

During this time of taxpayer Bailouts for all kinds of private enterprise, this is one Bailout that we can put an end to, with good reason, if and only if Congress has the will to do so. For Mr. Obama's promise of Change, here's one that will make Big Tobacco pay its own way, for the first time in a century.
