1] Bring a quantity of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook for 4 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

2] Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or skillet, and stir-fry the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp, bell pepper, scallion, and pepper to taste and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in the sesame oil and noodles, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

3] Divide the noodles and shrimp- among 4 plates to serve.
