After all, we have a consumer economy and these bandits destroyed the consumer with their crooked and criminal "free market" schemes designed to do just that. So reparations are then fair and just" moral and economic. Look upon them as reparations for neo-slavery perpetrated and perpetuated by a ruthless fascist corporate regime -- the same one that owns your banking and media and money-is-speech government.
What we need is a great big kick to the velocity of money, but first we have to distribute some to consumers who are the economy, otherwise no velocity! They want economic growth" so here is our chance to give them some.
With a little debt forgiveness thrown in, and housing loans taken away from Wall Street and nationalized to achieve stability and affordability, we just might recover without our currency declining to zero -- which, right now, is the plan of the multinational corporations to get more business and not bring the profits home" an antiquated concept in their amoral and ruthless global economy over which the people have no control because they don't have an elected seat at the GATT/NAFTA/WTO/IMF tables or attend the Bilderburg meetings to find out which way the money is blowing.
Without economic reparations then the continuance of their First-World depression-generating and debt-money schemes means they will next come for all your public assets -- all those great parks, highways, resources and utilities which we, and our fathers and grandfathers, already paid for and intended for future generations to enjoy and profit from. Yeah, these same priceless assets they will take from you and then charge you big time to use. Can you say bastards?
We can call them reparations here or we can also call it an oligarchy tax, a wealthy disparity tax, a-labor-has-been-screwed-long-enough tax, a factor imbalance tax due to the fact capital has complete control of "our" economy and labor has no equal power to compete. Call it reparations for a Supreme Court that made you a neo-slave and made corporations persons with much bigger rights than you enjoy. Call it simply payment for the fact that six too-big-to-challenge corporations own your media -- you know the ones using our airwaves that we supposedly own but somehow have lost control over, so that our voices are drowned out and disappeared with fascist you-must-compete, there's nothing-you-can-do, you-will-be-flattened, propaganda.
In sum, we now have economic crimes on the scale of war crimes -- for which hanging is justified, and reparations are due.
