The man who is clearly willing to serve his wife and his girls, and who gave up campaign time to say his good-bye to his beloved grandmother on her death bad--  that man is going to use his power as president to attempt to make things better for the American people and the world and the planet.

The question –as always in the twisted world of politics—is HOW?  And the more twisted the world is, the more challenging the question.

Today's America?  An America with the brayings of Rush Limbaugh and the suddenly loquacious Darth Vader trumpeting the efficacy of torture-- it's about as twisted a place as it's ever been.
