Where is the law that makes YOU personally "liable" for "income" taxes? "Conventional wisdom? That's not a law. "Everyone 'knows' we have to pay taxes?" In the past, everyone "knew" the earth was flat, too. Did that make it so? How do you KNOW you are NOT a non taxpayer by law? Have you proven you actually owe such taxes? Do you really have Constitutional "income" which the government can legally and constitutionally claim?
JUST SAY NO to income taxes! Give yourself an immediate LEGAL bailout by refusing to be extorted through income taxation. Take back your power and authority by giving yourself a bailout... believe me, the government won't give you one.
The American people are the rulers in America, not a sick bloated bureaucracy that is taking our 50 states down the road to destruction through violating countless laws, and our Constitution, the supreme law of the land.
Need proof, or are you content to keep spending your future and your children's future down a rat hole? Do you like being an economic slave... like being lied to, and manipulated to feed the greed of corporate and government corruption that seeks something for nothing and makes YOU pay for this greed? JUST SAY NO to income taxes! The government doesn't need them to function constitutionally anyway, and not one penny of all income taxes collected from ALL Americans today goes to pay for one service in America, not to mention any "bailouts." (Google the government's own "Grace Commission Report" for proof of this) All the "income" tax goes to pay the interest on a debt that is artificially created by government (so they can spend all they want without raising taxes or eyebrows and possibly getting people to realize the fraud and economic black hole they were creating), and banks, for extraction of money and to keep you from gaining any wealth or truly getting ahead in life. Public, individual wealth is a threat to power and control over the masses. They have most of us right where they want us... always financially struggling, or broke, and never able to get ahead.

Alcohol, tobacco and firearm taxes are forms of legal excise taxes that must be paid, and the IR Code clearly states who is made liable for these taxes. Income taxes are not legally being applied, nor does the code clearly make most private Americans liable.
Any American can "volunteer" to pay money to the government from their own labor and efforts, and this is why the IRS does NOT send us a bill based on what is reported to them. That is too blatantly unconstitutional for them to risk doing. They let us "voluntarily" fill out and sign the 1040 form, under penalty of perjury, (and possible self-incrimination under the 5th Amendment)... our own self-assessment of what we think we "owe" based on what we are told. You know, our "fair share." Isn't that nice of them?
If it were truly a law, and was Constitutional, they could easily send us all a bill like every other legitimate company we receive services from does. After all, they have all the "income" records from all employers, right? Those companies write off every penny of wages paid to people, so the IRS can know full well what someone is making.
So why do they say it is "voluntary," but also "required?" Because that way they avoid this unconstitutional taxing scheme by forcing us to tax ourselves, (even though it is still unconstitutional, but they don't care because no one is watching THAT unconstitutionality) and allow us to assess ourselves and voluntarily pay them, all the while trying to make us believe it is illegal to not do this self-assessment.
