"My Fellow Human Beings:

"The Universal Bill of Human Rights (UBHR), which was adopted by our grandparents in 1948 was the first expression of global human rights. This Bill of Rights was finalized and signed by a majority of United Nations (U.N.) members in 1976 and in doing so made this Bill international law. It is time to complete the work of Eleanor Roosevelt. Her signature on this Bill is a testament to her will, and the Bill itself is a magna carta for humanity.

"These rights assured to every global citizen by law are the foundation for The Age of Peace.

"I look down the road to when humanity will reap the fruit of global assurance of universal human rights in all lands and all peoples. And what I see is humanity at peace, a world without the need for war, as justice, justly enforced, keeps the global peace. No different than the local village at peace. Justice democratically derived from the people, and justly enforced by the rule of law. This is a humanity at peace.

"It will take time to make the Age of Peace a reality, and so we must take first steps first. Starting tomorrow a committee to transform the United Nations into a World of Nations by 2020, the third step to a civilization grounded in universal human rights. U.N. Charter Article 109 opens that door; failure to go through it and we risk WWIII and the Age of Catastrophe to follow.

"In keeping with the Kellogg-Briand Pact of 1928 the United States, while reserving the right of defense as Constitutionally decreed, will begin to "stand down" offensive military operations. A Doctrine of Peace will be the mainstay of the foreign policy of the United States of America.

"As soon as it can happen I will call for a World Peace Conference, with everyone welcome ... no preconditions. If we cannot love our enemies as we should, at least we can talk to them. Those that who do not come to the peace table become of suspicious intent ... in the matter of the enforcement of the Universal Bill of Human Rights.

"The Age of Peace 2050 Project completed becomes the Age of Peace.
