Wrong. The words needed no context. They existed purely as hatred as they were spoken and Limbaugh cannot pass the buck on to the Mexican government. If Limbaugh ever cared one minute about Mexicans, he would not rant for so long against them with such conviction and hatred in his voice, whether or not he was merely trying to make a point. The Limbaugh Laws were authentic Limbaugh feelings about immigrants.
